We went to go get my dad’s watch resized and the lady there was not only friendly but also highly skilled. It was free of charge as well which was a bonus!
You can really tell they care about their customers and the products they sell. I’ll definitely be back to check out their watches and jewelry!!

They were very helpful. My daughter was looking for a chain for her mom for Mother’s Day and they helped her find one in her budget. They went above and beyond by attaching the pendant she had to go with it and by putting it in a nice gift box and bag. My daughter also loved that they talked to her as the customer instead of to me as the adult. Highly recommend!!!

I recently made a purchase a ring here, and I have to say that the customer service was outstanding! Rancy went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my order. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. It’s rare to come across such great customer service, and Rancy really made my day. I highly recommended and will definitely be back for future purchases.

Kara at Charm Diamond was super helpful and friendly when we looked at getting two of our rings repaired (rounded), gave us information and helped us get one of the rings resized, and even polished up the other ring free of charge. ☺️

What a blessing after waiting a very long time, I went to Charm to have my engagement ring prongs fixed. I connected with Darla the store manager and looked at some anniversary rings. We went back on Saturday October 12 on our 22 anniversary and was very happy with the excellent customer service, knowledge of what we were looking for and an overall excellent expereince. Darla and her team are amazing and will forever be our first choice when purchasing jewlery. Have the next piece picked out when this one is paid. Thank you Darla

Manager participates in defamation of character towards former employees. Telling existing staff that former employees are to have police called on them if seen in the mall. She actively spreads gossip to other managers to prevent people from having employment in the mall if she dislikes them. This woman should not be employed as management she uses it to harass others without any repercussions. Harassment I’ve been facing from her and her management friends has lasted YEARS after being employed by her.

Worst customer service ever! Walked in to ask a couple questions about my pendant and this lady ripped it out of my hands and told me since I didn’t buy it here they couldn’t help me. This store is lucky I’m even giving them one star.

I’m going to rate this @ at 4, just for the fact that Eden, a sales associate, was so helpful and knowledgeable. She greeted us as soon as she came out and showed us a variety of watches, which is why we went in. They also have an awesome selection of Watches btw.Now the other salesman, an older gentleman, before Eden came out, couldn’t so much as look our way or say a greeting. He was even throwing off terrible vibes, IMO, to Eden. If she had not come out we would have turned around, walked out and never returned. If I rated it on him, I’d give negative stars. So good on you Eden for perfect customer service. We will definitely be back to get the watch we were looking at today.
