Because the Dollar Tree contacted me themselves about my issue and assured me anyone can shop there regardless of who’s working at anytime and no person can use the Dollar Tree’s name that way!ZERO STARS APPARENTLY STAFF THERE CAN TELL CUSTOMERS NOT TO COME IN THERE WHEN ITS THEIR SHIFTS BECAUSE OF PERSONAL MATTERS NOT THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS EVEN DONE ANY TYPE OF CRIMES OR CAUSES DOLLARTREE EMPLOYEES AND THE ESTABLISHMENT ITSELF ANY PROBLEMS….. A PERSONAL VENDETTA THEY HAVE oOUTSIDE THE WORK PLACE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ON THEIR PART THATS FOR SURE”

“I like the store but Google needs to change their business hours. I spoke to an employee at Dollarama who explained that Google has taken a long time to update the business hours. Refer to the Shoppers Mall hours before going. You can't exactly get to a store inside the mall if the mall is closed. No fault on Dollarama, Google should do better.”

“For the first time ever, I had to return something defective to this store, and it was a busy Saturday and the lineup was typically longish for a busy day (they'd called two additional back-up cashiers, so had done everything right) and when I got to the till, they asked if I wanted to get a replacement, and that seemed ok, so I went to get one but cringed inside at the idea of waiting through the lineup again. The cashier watched for me and quickly zipped out from behind the till to hand me my receipt and send me on my way without having to wait through the line again. It was a small thing, but I really appreciated it. Thanks making me feel valued as a customer. I'll definitely be back.”
