Fantastic team. Excellently useful. The room appeared to have been recently refurbished and was immaculate. When I was playing in their VLT lounge, the man at the front desk handed me a free bottle of water. It seems that they are still undergoing a number of upgrades. On my future visit, I would not mind returning. The staff mentioned that their restaurant is undergoing renovations this year, and I would really like to try it out.

The hotel is in the center of the city with walking distance to every good place in Brandon, the staff are kind and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable 👌

well we pull up..2 broken windows and grafetti on exterior walls...stains on carpets as we walk to desk..dirty and dingy..so we ask to see the room...we go see it, i pull up the bottom sheets to check for cleaness....i see 2 black pubic hair on the sheet, i say hey come here and look at this, he would not look or aknowledge it...i say can u change yhe sheets? do u have another room? he says no...we go back to front desk and proceed to tell the owner...he didnt seem to care so we cancled our reservtion and quickly left...my advice is steer clear of this place...NASTY to say the least.

For the price and the room it is a good deal. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

I got worried with the last review, but I honestly can’t find anything wrong with this spot! The staff were very accommodating from the moment I came in with check-in/checkout time as well as finding me utensils. The bed is very comfortable the room is comfortable and quiet, I was able to adjust the temperature to exactly how I want. Everything is clean and great!

No stars....Seen a cockroach on the chair beside me playing my game. Better not of brought any home with me. I flicked it off the chair and ? off i went not a happy camper

My stay for this hotel was awesome. I drove from Drumheller Alberta to Brandon Manitoba and it was about 12 hours driving so I was exhausted. No strength left to even look for late night food delivery but this hotel’s reception Mr.Divyesh suggested some restaurants and ordered domino pizza for me. Wooow, he even did asked me pizza topping parts!! Room wifi connection he had helped me. I had to contact my airbnb guest and it was important to get wifi fast. Thankful to Mr.Divyesh and my hotel room was clean and liked room size. I had a good sleep. I have to mention that you have to park across the street.

Room was a bit dated but given the area it's fine. This part of Brandon has some old buildings. Super nice staff!

Amazing staff. Very helpful. Room was very clean and looked like newly renovated. guy at the front desk provided complimentary bottle of water and Tim Horton gift card and even offered me free beer while I was playing in their VLT lounge. Looked like they are still going through quite a few upgrade. I would not mind going back during my next visit. Would love to try out their restaurant which the staff said is going under renovation this year.

Stay was quite comfy. Room was clean and looked newly renovated as I was told. Staff was really friendly. Their VLT Lounge is always busy it seems. Great value for money for the room.
