Every time I go into the bank, I receive great customer service.

They are helpful on their time, seams like loan advisors have no time to send you an email back when wanting to know about simple things about your loan, I don't like calling and would rather email but it's hard when they won't respond then you find out they are on holidays... very inconvenient
