Our experience was not good, food and drinks took long, they were sold out of chicken parm and did not inform us until 30 min after we put in our order. We will not be returning.

We were very happy with our overall experience. Very, very noisy.... Could not hear or visit with people in the group. We're very impressed with the birthday card and coupon for free lunch.

Service was outstanding, when the server noticed there was not enough bolognese sauce on one of our orders she had some prepared right away and served immediately.

We went for an anniversary dinner, the hosts at the front were very welcoming and kind, and the servers were amazing!!! Our server made sure we had everything we needed whether it was more bread or more to drink. We had a great experience dining in there and the food was amazing! :)

There was only two other families there so it was quiet, but yet it still took 15 minutes to get a refill of a child's milk. Our main entrees came out BEFORE the salad and soup. The food was subpar at best. The only redeeming thing was the bread. Which is highly disappointing as this was our first visit, and have heard great things. But will definitely not be going back.

Customer service was really bad . A lady treated me not really good . She asked me to leave the store even not tell her name and did hide their ID card. Never like to go back there.

I dont really come here but the customer service was great. They didn't feel really pressing but were also very helpful. They're pants aren't that long ( I'm 5'7 and I have longer than average legs) so if you are on the taller side and dont like pants that dont reach your ankles I wouldn't recommend it. They have a really cute collection of tops. Sometimes they dont have a lot of good options and sometimes they do. Really cool vibes, dressing room was clean.

I had an amazing experience there with my daughter. The person assisting us was fun, energetic, had great taste and worked amazingly well with my daughter. I ended up spending more than intended but was well worth it to watch my daughters self esteem grow and have the time of her life. Will being going there again and hopefully the same girl is working.

They lost our reservation. Told us it was for a different time. We showed them our app to prove the reservation time. Then had to wait for everyone else who was waiting to be seated. Finally they tried to fit us in a booth (after some people left) and (it kinda worked). For our troubles they gave us a card for a free appetizer (would have been less insulting to do nothing at all). Server messed up our order so we got the wrong size pizzas and then they made us more. Would not recommend this place to my enemy's. servers and managers don't care and do not know how to properly take care of their own mistakes (staff needs a lot of training). Going to tell everyone I can about this experience and definitely posting about this online.
