I picked up my car after getting the winter tires put on and they informed me they broke a lug nut and then proceeded to quote me $150-200 to fix it because of the labour costs and such, anyone I've talked to and the couple dealerships I've approached said that they should have covered the costs

Garbage service. They will Lie to you and tell you roadside is on the way. And they you sit there for hours to find out they cancelled roadside and didn't notify you and now your stranded :) Don't bother calling this place if there's even a light dusting of rain or snow because they will not do ANYTHING FOR YOU.

I wouldn’t recommend for women. Overcharged and had to call. The quote was a mere suggestion and they took advantage of my daughter.

Changed my tires real good. Always feels like quick service and very easy to make an appointment over the phone. Seating area smells like tires but in a good way, very on brand.

While driving in Brandon, I noticed a grinding noise coming from my vehicle while stopping. I took it to Kal Tire without an appointment and they diagnosed and repaired my vehicle before closing so I could make my hour commute home. Thanks so much!!

Great job by Brayden and the staff at Kaltire, comfortable seating, newspaper coffee. Clean bathrooms. Great service and knowledge and offered more info for my repeat business. Great thorough job all around by the staff at Kaltire in Brandon.
