Unfortunate Experience with Service Advisor Ryan Schwartz.I recently had an unfortunate interaction with Service Advisor Ryan Schwartz at Kelleher Ford, which stands out as the most disappointing experience I've encountered in all my years dealing with vehicle services.In a service advisor, customer service orientation and effective communication are paramount qualities, and I expected a minimum level of professionalism. However, upon dropping off my truck and returning to pick it up in the evening, I encountered a situation that left me deeply dissatisfied and just shocked that in such a reputable organization, one can treat and just talk to a customer like that especially in such a direct customer interaction role!Upon requesting an explanation of the performed services and the associated labor charges, Mr. Schwartz responded defensively, stating, "Don't question the workmanship. If you knew how to fix it, why bring it here?" Additionally, he remarked that " it isn't even my car, and why don't we pick it up and leave" when whose name the vehicle is registered under shouldn't be any of his concern. Despite my request for his name, Mr. Schwartz handed me two business cards angrily and in a hostile manner.To compound the issue, despite payment, my truck remained unfixed, and I found myself stranded in the city an hour later with the engine light still on. I had expected a higher level of service from Kelleher Ford, a dealership of repute, and am disheartened by this experience.I believe that professionalism and friendly behavior are fundamental expectations for anyone walking through the doors of a reputable dealership. Unfortunately, my encounter with Mr. Schwartz has left me reconsidering future appointments at Kelleher Ford due to the subpar treatment of customers.I hope this feedback prompts a review of customer service practices to maintain the standards expected from a dealership of Kelleher Ford's caliber.

Amazing customer service! we were greeted with open arms and the sale associates offered my kids popcorn and made us feel warm and welcome! our dealer was an amazing guy and very informative. this is where i will be doing business again in the near future. shout out to kevin! thanks for everything!

Staff was friendly and competent. I live out of town so a courtesy vehicle was made available. All work was completed on schedule with no surprises. First experience with this service department and it was all good. Ben and Chad answered all my questions.

Dealing at Kelleher was a very good experience. I had a 4X4 issue with my truck and were able to squeeze me in with my oil change and regular service. They were excellent at keeping me informed and the pricing was exactly what was talked about and expected.
