Paid 8k for a transmission… shifted funny right from the start… they said it’s an issue with my computer… replaced said computer and reprogrammed it, problem not solved.
Week later transmission lines are leaking, had to pay for that.
Year later go to pull transmission and the inspection cover was missing and the torque converter bolts were ridiculously tight and one was broken.
They got my transmission done quick and were easy to work with but I’d rather see quality work in my opinion.

Took my "classic" in for a simple drain, flush and refill of the transmission. Went to check in on status of my car in person during my lunch break. Was told by the receptionist that my car had been taken home by a staff member during their lunch break...aka a joy ride... Will never return as I did not see any reason for this to have occured. There was no issue to attempt diagnostics on. Full disclosure, this occured over 5 years ago and I'm still irked about it.Service: Transmission
