“Roy was invaluable and patient. He allowed us time to make a decision that felt comfortable and ensured we got the best pricing we could. He’s very relaxed and nice if you want a good sales experience buying furniture and big ticket items definitely go see Roy at The Brick he made it so easy and stress-free. We never felt pressured to buy, and he wanted us to be happy with our purchase and we definitely are!”

“On September 10, I purchased two pillows. Unfortunately, there was an issue with them, so I contacted customer support. They responded promptly and offered a same-day exchange. I went to the store, and the exchange was completed quickly and without any issues. I’m very happy that everything was resolved so smoothly! Thank you!”

“such a wonderful experience with Harvneet, I honestly can’t express the happiness I felt when I saw the furniture for the first time after it was delivered. Everything looked even better than I imagined, and our home truly feels next level. A huge thank you to Harvneet for her patience, guidance, and amazing suggestions.
