I have never felt uncomfortable in this Maurice’s until Stacey started as store manager, and especially since she hired Tanner, a man. This is a space for WOMEN, to make WOMEN comfortable and feel safe. If Stacey actually understood what the Maurice’s brand is about, she’d know it’s about making Liv feel comfortable, confided, and empowered, and if she was actually a skilled manager she’d understand that inviting a MAN into a WOMENS space is invasive, not “inclusive” like she claims. It used to be such a warm and welcoming environment, and it still is when girls like Regina and Gina are working (they’re so lovely and actually care about customers feeling happy and comfortable while shopping) but it feels so uncomfortable and unwelcoming when Tanner is there, can’t even say the same about Stacey because she’s never there, makes sense when you consider she took a week off when she first started because it was “too stressful” for her, that’s a bad look on her part. I’ve also heard from other women that a man working there, a WOMENS clothing store, makes them uncomfortable and not want to shop there, and I totally agree, I avoid Maurice’s when Tanner is working there, even if it’s the only chance I have to go in to Maurice’s for a few weeks. I hope Stacey’s sales and conversion is down, she truly deserves it for that mistake of hiring a man. Don’t know how she treats her employees, but if it anything like she treated Tracy when she was still there, then I feel bad for the girls. This only gets 2 stars because of what it once was, and because the girls who can make it a glimpse of what it once was deserves better than 1 star. I remember a time when it would have been 5 stars, when everyone cared and tried their best to make Liv have the best experience. But it’s not like that anymore, I read someone else’s review from about a week ago, where they said staff basically embarrassed them, and with a poor leader like Stacey and a mistake like Tanner I can see where they’re coming from. Tanner might know fashion but he’ll never know women's bodies and won’t ever be able to relate to customers and our struggles. So disappointed

So welcoming and helpful. Found lots of great pieces and the best fitting pair of jeans ever thanks to Regina - name on my receipt. Would definitely come back. 5 stars for customer service.

OMG there are no words to express my thanks to Stacy and the staff at the Brandon MB location. I don't enjoy shopping for clothes and this was the BEST shopping experience I have ever had!!!!

I went shopping there yesterday for summer clothes. I tried on a couple of outfits but they wereToo big. I asked the girl working there for a smaller size and she proceeded to tell me “sorry it’s on the mannequin”. I used to work in a clothing store and if someone wanted to buy the dress the mannequin wore, I took it off. It’s quite simple. But she refused. So I got dressed and left my change room and started to head out of the store. She said “you didn’t find anything today?” Well I did but you wouldn’t give it to me. Shame for the owner because I had money to spend but ended up leaving empty handed. Very poor customer service.

I've never had a bad experience at this store. All the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. An air of kindness exudes from everyone who works there. The store is always neat and clean.

Such friendly and helpful staff. Without the option of bringing a friend shopping with you for their opinions the staff fill in and offer advice and give suggestions. Would recommend for all body types.
