Victoria was extremely helpful in finding and fitting a suit for me within my budget. I think she helped me find the best possible deal even after shopping around in Winnipeg. Definitely would recommend!

My partner and his brother walked in for a suit fitting and the first thing they said to them is “you two are going to be hard to fit” at the time of payment she proceed to say “if you gain five pounds you will not fit this”Not a pleasant experience.

With 6 of 9 people allowed in the store, a staff member yelled over my head to the manager behind the till where I was being served to announce she was going to lock the doors because there were too many people. One customer came in after me and again, as my items are being rung through, the manager shouts over my head to tell that customer that the store is closing in 45 minutes. I can only hope that that person wasn't there to purchase a suit for his mother's funeral or something. The message I got was, "Hurry up and get out." I wouldn't have had to come back a second time for a belt and pocket square if good customer service had been provided in the first place to my husband. We took the pants from the suit we bought elsewhere to be hemmed as they were unable to provide that service within two weeks, nor did they have any suggestions for a tailor. I would blame COVID for it all but if 2 staff members can't juggle the needs of 6 people in the store, there should be another staff member on or take appointments. This store needs more training in customer service regardless.

This was the worst experience of my life, I have never been so ridiculed by a customer service industry. Me and my fiance went in there looking for my wedding suit, we went in there knowing what we wanted and from the second we got in there the lady that was "helping" us was the most unhelpful and tried telling us to leave and "come back when we know what we wanted". We then went on to tell them I had a couple guys coming on saturday because they live out of town and couldnt come during the week. The employees and proceeded to laugh at me and my fiance because "they were booked to the max" then didn't even really seem like they wanted our business at all. If you're interested in renting a suit i highly highly highly recommend NOT going to moores, unless you want to be treated like a second class citizen and laughed out of the store. Ps. My fiance nearly started crying in the store because of how rude they were being.
