I can't say enough good things about Pet Lover’s Warehouse! We recently entrusted them with the care of our two fur babies, Mr. Milo and Miss Luna, while we were away, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish.

The staff are genuinely passionate about animals and provided exceptional service. They took the time to get to know our cats, ensuring they felt comfortable and loved during their stay. The facilities are clean, spacious, and designed with the animals’ well-being in mind.

I loved receiving regular updates and photos of Milo and Luna, which put my mind at ease knowing they were in great hands. When we picked them up, they seemed happy and well-cared for, which is the best testament to the wonderful service provided.

“I booked my pet for grooming for may 31 at 8am got a email confirming the appointment i get down to the brandon only to find out they rebook me for June 5 at 1230, I live a hour away from brandon, they never called or email about the change. I very disappointed in petsmart. I don't trust them anymore for any of my pets needs. They reach out to me and apologize to me for changing the appointment, and got it rebooted for today, and they did a great job the before and after pictures, thanks for doing a wonderful job”

“Incredible store, especially if you’re someone like me who loves to learn!

Jamie, who I believe is the owner/manager, is unbelievably passionate and knowledgeable about fish and saltwater aquariums, and is one of the friendliest people I’ve come across in a store.

My first time in the store, I was looking to get an aquarium and a clownfish for my girlfriend, however, I quickly learned that saltwater aquariums have quite a steep learning curve.

There are many things to know about saltwater aquariums before you can properly care for them, which can take people MONTHS to learn by themselves. Jamie managed to teach me the basics within 3 days while I returned each time for more supplies, and he did so with a smile on his face. I’m now confident in my setup, as well as the knowledge that I have going forwards with my saltwater aquarium.

Workers as compassionate and knowledgeable as Jamie are few and far between, and it would be a mistake for you to take your business elsewhere. I’ve been to every pet store in Brandon and I can confidently say that you won’t get half of Best West’s service anywhere else in town.

It’s also worth noting that the new employee, Mariska, is very nice and won’t hesitate to help you.
