“Great little place. Nice staff. Only complaint is the delivery man showed up reeking like fresh cigarettes and because it was -30 the smell came directly into my place and nostrils. Talk about chest pain and asthma. Very sensory assaulting.”
“Much better now the they have found a new person to run the show ! She is quick , efficient and actually knows what she is doing . She and the rest of the staff are very sweet and kind .
The last gent looked a little lost (I am being nice) and overwhelmed. He seemed to have troubles coming out of the office some days. I will be moving my prescriptions back here because of the new manager .”
“The staff here are always very helpful! A few weeks ago, I had an issue with the point system, which I feel could be improved as points can’t be redeemed under certain circumstances. Even though I wasn’t able to redeem my points, I was truly touched by how dedicated the staff were in assisting me and how hard they tried to resolve the issue.
Overall, the customer service was excellent, and I would gladly choose this location over the one on 18th.”
“Front till, 5 stars go to Vyrin for making spending cash entertaining. She also upsold me to spend over $8 more to make it $50 and gave me a $10 card which insures I will be back shopping by Jan 8th.
This is far better service than I'd have gotten if I went to self checkout, bent my legs to see the low screen and listen to far too many instructions from A!”
“Very bad help from customer service one on 27 my husband buy coral mini bowl for half price and other day he went there for another but lady she said it is different price one of my husband had a recipient from the previous day but arrogant lady she not believe my husband and did not match price so my husband has to buy an expensive rate it not happened with time?”
