Guys over there were great 👍. My HVAC system wasn't working due to a faulty MOSFET component.Part was ordered and fixed at no cost since my 2023 Kia Sorento vehicle was still under warranty. Now my heating system is working perfectly as it should.

I just purchased my first vehicle through kia! I have to say after visiting a number of dealerships and weighing my options planet kia is always always a warm and welcoming environment. I love interacting with the staff and feel well looked after everytime I come into kia, or when I'm just getting advice through their online/texting services! I didn't expect kia to go through so much work for me before and after my purchase. I know I'll be with kia a long time and will defenitly be recommending to friends and family looking at a new vehicle!! Thank you again!! -A

Had a fantastic experience with Terri. It was a cold day and he was happy to go find whatever car we wanted to look at, start it for us and brought it to the front. Very honest and likable. Didn't feel like he was trying to make a buck, seemed like he genuinely cares about getting his clients good reliable vehicles. If your stopping here, I would highly recommend asking for Terri!

They bait and switch high end components (advertising vehicles with navigation and replacing it with basic audio functions) on the sales side and refused to do warranty work on the service side. Bought a kia had it for a year and a half and now it's at the scrap yard. Not to mention that the service manager laughed when I asked if they would buy it for parts. Shameful actions.

Our family and I recently had a great experience at Planet Kia! 👍👍
Terry had the vehicle we were interested in detailed, filled up with gas and ready to go for our test drive. We felt very welcome and the staff were all kind and helpful. My husband and I fell in love with the 2024 Kia Carnival LX+ and knew she was coming home with us! We had all three of our children with us and having the kid-friendly area available made the entire process so much easier! Terry even made the kids popcorn and gave them snacks to keep them occupied. Cory explained things to us in a way we could understand and we never felt pressured, it was an easy-going environment. Terry also helped my husband switch over our three carseats, talk about fantastic service! I would return in the future and recommend to family and friends. Special thanks again to Terry and Cory. 👋

For the most part, I love my Kia. Unfortunately they sold me a car with a defective horn. Apparently that's a big problem with this company all their cars have bad horns... Well nobody told me that when I agreed to purchase. Though they have offered to repair the horn under warranty they inexplicably can't get the part. After four months of waiting for them to get the horn, I'm beginning to think the warranty is a scam. I believe Toyota across the street sells safe cars with reliable horns and repairs defects promptly. Food for thought.

Don't ever buy a kia there terrible. They burn all the oil before 1450km on a 2021 kia seltos, and ive been told that complies with kia specs. Terrible vehicles. I bought this vehicle brand new off the lot in 2020 of November. I came in for a safety recall and it still burns all the oil at just 14000km, violent starts from time to time, I dont move the car till it's warm and the ticking stops. There is oil on the spark plugs( possible seal leak). Ive done regular maintenance to stay up to date with what's needed. And what I'm told is all this is to kia spec. If thats true maybe you should tell people this before buying a vehicle from kia.

Hello People,
I bought 2025 Kai Sorento LX from planet Kia. I have noticed that the car keep blowing heat when it’s all setting are on AC mode. I bought on 22nd May not been 3 months still giving problems. I bought new vehicle just to avoid paying extra money on maintenance. I don’t know what to do I spend hours waiting with no solution and not able to go for job. Please be aware guys what’s you are buying.

Very meh experience, they did everything I needed (only an oil change and to take a “quick” look at my windows as the wire connection has been buggy) what should have only taken maybe an hour and a half, took almost 5 hours… and their shuttle communication was awful, said they were there when they weren’t. Kind staff and clean office, just wish it were quicker!

I always receive excellent service every time I bring my vehicle to Planet Kia! Recently, I had ongoing issues with my AC, and they took the time to thoroughly inspect it. After a week of careful checks, they found the problem and fixed it — I’m happy everything was covered under my warranty. I truly appreciate their professionalism and care. Highly recommend!

Well the agent names Dale and I had talked last week about the vehicle,and set up for Tuesday around 5 pm,to upraised my vehicle,and talk to finalise things depending on the offers,I brought my family,and friends and was even possibility to close 2 deals,however,this gentleman did not have time keeps jumping between other customers and me ,after I got the key of used one not the new one for test drive,I decided to take the 2025 Sorento,while I was still bargaining my offers and asked him for winter tires,and what else he can offer with my deal,he said am not pushing,and just left us behind run to other customers finalizing there deal,
Bro if you didn't have time to receive us Tuesday you should have scheduled an other meeting,
The way he was talking to me is humiliating in front of my family,I felt there was kind racism or something,throwing a word and run left people behind is not appropriate,,,they can also run their cameras and see how he is jumping and left us at his office with baby and wife,,,without even sorry or excuse me I'll be right back or something so we just drove away frustrated and disrespected,by unprofessional person,
I guess this gentleman need to go for it here guest relation training customer service or something else.

The kind of compassionate, warm and helpful customer service she provides is rare and should be acknowledged.
