Love love love this store!! The staff is very welcoming and I can always find exactly what I need. The manager is very helpful, lots of selection and the prices are great!! U go to Walmart and a pair of pants are $50/$60, at Plato's I can get 3/4 pairs or more for that price! Definitely 5/5!!

Went in to drop off one pair of shoes, got told it will be 5 minutes and I’ll receive a text when they’re ready, instead of 5, waited 20 minutes to see the girl(the manager) doing other things, so we went up to another employee for her to proceed to tell us they can’t take them. I understand if you can’t take items but maybe figure that out and tell me before I waste 20 minutes in your store when I’m in the rush in a first place. The manager, the original person we talked to glanced at us several times but couldn’t be bothered to let us know

I could give 0 star rating for this store. Very slow staff. I was there yesterday and I dropped off 4 bags of my stuff. Those stuff were laughing and talking together and didn’t do their job. When they finished checking my stuff, they offered me $36 for all brand new with tag stuff!!! I asked her how many items did you take but she didn’t say and I am sad that I didn’t check the bin. When I came home I checked and I noticed that they took 13 brand new items for $36!!!! They just got my stuff for nothing and didn’t explain clearly. So upset about them

Took in two bags of items today and they basically gave me one full bag back saying that it’s items that don’t sell and there was a six and Lululemon in that bag
Not sure they even looked through it. As it was packed the exact same way I packed it
Waste of my time evening driving there

Store was great for plus sized fashion to start but now everyone I know including myself cannot find anything there. When clothes are taken in they barely get looked at or are deemed “out of style” or “won’t sell”… I’ve looked at what they accept which is mediocre or worn out and what my friends have offered them which are usually really nice pieces! Truly don’t think this establishment cares for anything but straight size regardless of what they say. Welp atleast torrids got cute clothes!

I wish giving 0 stars was an option!The Brandon Website states we will be taking denim all this month and clearly it was a lie… took my stuff in today and the guy grabs 3 items and offers me next to nothing for it… 2 of the 3 items weren’t even mine. He mixed up someone else’s with mine I guess. When I asked him what was wrong with the items in my bin he said they aren’t taking tank tops and T-shirts. I didn’t even have any tank tops let alone a t-shirt in my bin. I had perfect condition clothing name brands like firefly, silver, under armour, Maurice’s etc and Jeans jean shorts, Capri’s, dress pants, cardigans etc he clearly couldn’t be bothered to even look at what I brought. Waste of my time and fuel traveling across the city.The clothes on the racks I saw were not all in the best condition… I saw some bad fading, rips and holes. The hangers were so full you could hardly move clothes to look.Wasn’t impressed and many others who commented on my Facebook page also said the same. It’s very unfortunate considering they have the opportunity to have a great store with nice clothes.I won’t be back.
