Purolator

Shipping Centers
Hours: Purolator is a prominent integrated freight, package, and logistics provider in Canada, known for its extensive network and commitment to delivering packages efficiently. While many customers appreciate the convenience of shipping directly to their business locations, experiences with delivery services have been mixed. Some reviews highlight excellent customer service and dedicated staff who go above and beyond, such as a delivery worker who thoughtfully hid a package and left a kind note. Conversely, there are complaints about inconsistent delivery practices, with some customers reporting that packages were left at drop-off locations instead of being delivered to their business addresses. Additionally, issues with customer service responsiveness have been noted, with some individuals feeling ignored when reaching out for assistance. Despite these challenges, there are positive remarks about specific employees who have made a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Overall, Purolator strives to provide effective logistics solutions, but customer experiences may vary based on location and individual staff interactions.
