power went out last night around 8pm wasn't getting restored until 11pm. had the fire going and had a 9+ hr burn, this morning stirred up the coals and kept going.....love that Napoleon fireplace

I had the most wonderful experience at Ray's Fireplaces when purchasing a new BBQ! The place was well stocked & the sales guy Dean - was simply the best! No one quite like him :-) I'd go back in a minute!

Had an issue with my gas fireplace, super friendly guys came and fixed it from Ray's. Also took the time to teach me how to use my remote properly. #impressed
