Just had what I thought was a complicated banking issue. Harbinder , my cashier, was skilled, courteous and quick. He handled my issue well, plus answered a few extra questions. I would recommend this bank and Harbinder.

I have been misled again by RBC and its representatives. I have not had a good history with RBC after they changed my cheque cashing limit against my consent because they're allowed to, causing issues I should've been able to avoid if the limit wasn't adjusted.As a result, I now use the barest of bones account with them, a low monthly fee for - as was explained to me - 12 debit transactions and unlimited etransfers between accounts.This month, for the first time in 6, I recieved and overcharge fee for more debit uses. Turns out they are from etransfers to another RBC account. When I called, they informed me they are being considered debits.I'm beyond tired of dealing with these Thieves,

Worst experience with RBC CLOSED my account few years back only kept the MATER CARDFraud transaction took me over 1.5 hrsAnd still don’t know if they going to refund that or not completely disappointedTD is way better

They have lots of counter and staffs are working behind those counter but they are not accommodating customers. They should always attend to the customers first before doing anything else. Their business area is always slow as well. They 2 counters on the business counters but one of them is always not available eventhough there is a person behind it. It is very frustrating to do any business with the bank. And why was your business deposits close during Sarudatys?

Very good bank. Only complaint I have is the automatic voice guy that you get when you call. It never understands what I say. Kinda annoying. Replace it with actual people and I will give 5 star

This bank will do anything to ensure you do not come to the branch, and that if you do, you find them to be entirely unhelpful.Your problems are of no concern to this staff.

Very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. I try sending emails to my account manager and it comes back to me with a message that I do not have permission to send emails to his address. It says to contact his administrator to grant permission but how do I so that when they don't answer the phone or emails...very frustrating. We just opened this account a few months ago and I'm not too impressed with their service.

The phone service is HORRIBLE. The automated person cannot understand you, refuses to put you through to where you need to go to and then you either end up hanging up or getting hung up on,. LET ME SPEAK TO A PERSON!!!

They wouldn’t let me pull my money out because i wanted to invest in crypto. The people on the phone were even worse. Banks are a massive business and that’s all they are.

I walked into Royal Bank on 18th Ave in Brandon, MB. I was greeted qnd impressed with the security guard directing clients into and inside the branch. He was very good at his job. I stopped and spoke to a nice young man named Nathan Campbell and he was so helpful and took care of everything we needed and all we needed to do was sit down in the nice comfy chair and Nathan left with my licence and bank card and came back with good news and i thanked the nice young man and left the branch very happy customers. Now we can get back to our travelling. Thanks to Nathan. Nathan took very good care of us and we had no hassles or rude treatment while in the branch. This branch was very clean qnd masks required which made us feel very comfortable. Now Ontario Royal Bank Branches, you could take a few tips from this branch on how to treat your Royal Bank customers. 2 thumbs up Brandon Royal Bank!!
