Their sales guy Dhruvkumar Patel ghosted me after I did my online order. He said he will call me back after 5 mins and never did after he made the sale.Their operations support team is a joke and wants 3-4 business days to finalize my order whereas everything looks good on Rogers end since Friday and Saturday. I don't know what you have to finalize?I decided to cancel the BYOD plan before they ship it out. I want a full refund now.I will be coming after your retail license after complaining to CRTC. I fought against fido in 2020 with CRTC and got 2 years of free data.So let's see.

I went to Rogers on 18th street in Brandon to switch my cell services. Ian was knowledgeable and answered all my questions about plans for my family. His easy manor and customer service skills made it a wonderful experience. If you’re looking to up grade or switch services in the area, I would highly recommend going to Ian!

Fantastic service as usual! Dealt here for years and every time left satisfied! Was told new phones would cost X amount and then ended up having more discounts and ended up being even cheaper! The guys know their stuff and explain it all very well!

I called myself no one was willing to help give me credits because it was expired just midnight but then life saver Dharmik called me and helped me with the my new phone order and also gave me credits. What a guy.

I am a courier driver and I was offered a price point nonexistent elsewhere. I also had an amazing customer service experience with them. Their people replied to my emails promptly and I also called them and talked to a guy named Dharmik to order the iPhone 14 Pro Max and he was really friendly, polite and professional. I felt like I was talking to a friend and not necessarily a sales representative. I highly recommend this service provider, especially if your company is their partner!

One the agent called Mr Dharmik helped me with the order, he was really really knowledgeable, calm and soft-spoken, he listened to my concern and helped me with all the queries that I had and clarified everything.
