I live in BC and ordered two pairs of sleeper earrings on their website. Easy to order, shipping not that expensive and quite quick to ship. After receiving them I realized I ordered the wrong size and emailed to see about exchanging. Offered to exchange and was sent new pairs right away. Highly recommend.

My medical conditions bracelet broke quite some time ago and I knew I should be wearing one. We stopped into Reesor's today and spoke with Kristen. She showed us the perfect bracelet and it just happened to be on sale.
She wrote down what needed to be engraved and said it would be done by the end of the day. We were in the store at 10:00 am and was totally amazed when she called at 11:15 am to say it was done.
The bracelet is just perfect! It has a beautiful chain and the engraving is easy to read. It fits my wrist perfectly without adjustments.
We have shopped at this store for many years and plan on being a customer in the future!

I have an heirloom Omega Constellation watch and needed a new battery. The sweet lady at Reesors did it in minutes for 15 dollars. I am so amazed that level of service exists, and can highly recommend them. They are celebrating 140 years of business and it is probablu because of their outstanding service quality

Kristen was very helpful for finding a ring for myself. Before purchasing said ring she advised me of the type of metal's used in the rings aswell as the pro's and cons of each. She was very well educated and knowledgeable in her field and was very happy and eager to share information! Will definitely visit again!!!

Had my nana’s wedding and engagement rings, that I loved to wear however, the band on the engagement ring was worn so thin I was afraid it would break and I would lose it.
I took it into Reesor’s in Brandon and worked with Shirley, who was absolutely amazing! She understood how hugely sentimental this was for me. We had to replace the band all together, and 12 claws needed replacing. The ring was worn every day for probably 80 years! I was having a hard time with the thought of losing the gold from the band that had been on her finger for all of my life. I asked if we could use it to make a heart that I could then wear as a necklace.
Needless to say when I got everything back I couldn’t have been more thrilled with how everything turned out! I wouldn’t hesitate to take anything there in future, and certainly recommend Shirley!!! She is an absolute gem with so much knowledge. Thank you so much.
