My initial transaction was with Paul, and he provided great service while I picked up a Nokia Gateway Internet Device. The device was very easy to setup in my home (no issues at all) and I appreciated not having to set an appointment with an internet provider to come to my home for setup. This device provided fast internet at a great price and would highly recommend . My most recent transaction at this store was with Seun A. Seun was friendly, polite, and explained what he was doing throughout the transaction. His customer service skills are excellent. Overall a really great experience with this Rogers store!

They were awesome I met paul and another younger guy and they were really nice and very helpful :D (and very fun to talk to i hate the whole wait like an hour just trying to set up your phone but they were very intertaining lol)

Worst service ever i had. Somebody was using my email on their account I contacted them. They said you should call to customer service i did then they said call to rogers bank, then rogers bank said it is not under us you should call gmail. Then what is their job? He did not even try to help me out that is my official gmail. Never ever recommended to use rogers services.

Hi. When I came at 5:25, the door was closed. The seller opened the door and said that he would not have time to serve me. The store is open until 6. He agreed to serve as I said that I only need a phone. NO SERVICE. I bought a phone through fido. When the seller asked if I needed service, I said no. I took the phone and left. A month later, I received a receipt for service payment of $60. Not pleasant.

Ian and Paul were very helpful in assisting me to select the best fit of phone and phone value when upgrading to my new iphone. They were friendly, patient and very knowledgeable about their products and promotions. Would 100% recommend them to family and friends and plan to see them in future for any smartphone needs.

Online and store hours on door says open 10am Sunday to 6pm. Drove a hh to the store and its closed.

Worst customer service. Waited for too long but nobody took a step to approach, though there was only two customers in store and three people were handling one customer.
