I always had a good experience here with my old financial advisor Denalee. Found out she left and I got put with Ngozi. Right from the start didn’t feel like I was worth the time to talk to. Quickest meeting I’ve ever had. To sum it up it was a we can’t help you, it is what it is. The best part was being told to miss my payment date and let it go into collections then call the help line to see what they can do. Great advise! Will be shopping around for a new bank now.

I find trying to get someone to talk to about making an appointment,at my Rosser avenue bank, very frustrating. So far I have listened to a computer generated voice or been transferred to “ general office “ and then I have to listen to canned music. As I write this, I still have not been able to get someone to talk to!! Scotiabank needs to have a branch customer service so a customer can talk to a person and make an appointment.
