I find trying to get someone to talk to about making an appointment,at my Rosser avenue bank, very frustrating. So far I have listened to a computer generated voice or been transferred to “ general office “ and then I have to listen to canned music. As I write this, I still have not been able to get someone to talk to!! Scotiabank needs to have a branch customer service so a customer can talk to a person and make an appointment.
