I've had my storage unit for about a year now, but I am moving to somewhere a little bit closer to my house.

I had one of the climate controlled 5x10 units at first, then I moved up to a larger 10x10 in the same building.

I really like this storage place because it has the 24-hour security, as well as the fence around the entire facility.

I also really like how it smells... I know to a lot of people, that probably seems really weird. But when you are storing your items for a period of time, smells from around your storage unit will be absorbed into your items.

This place smells very neutral and very good. There are humidity collectors in each of the units, and a lock is provided to you.

The rolling doors are very easy to use. I have a disability and have no issues getting into my storage unit. There are usually carts or dollies nearby for you to get stuff to your unit.

The 24/7 access is really handy.

They have trailers available for rent, and they have a lot of different places where you can store your stuff depending on what you need.

Ryan is very responsive to text messages, and he is also very accommodating.

I met Ryan in person to rent a storage units and he was very straightforward, and made sure that I was satisfied with my unit before he took off to maintain the rest of his business.

They have a website where you can set up automatic payments, or you can send in e-transfers.

All in all I give this place a 10 out of 10, I am only leaving because I found a place that is literally across the street from my house and I wanted the convenience.
