Sephora offers a shopping experience where all are welcome. Customers report great experiences and the best customer service, with very nice, kind, genuine, professional, and down-to-earth staff. Employees are passionate and do not make shoppers feel rushed, often letting them take their time. Staff are helpful and will go out of their way to assist, such as searching for products with limited stock. Shoppers can try out products they otherwise wouldn't know of and enjoy fan-favorite brands. The store celebrates what makes each person unique, though some note issues with other customers, like children causing disturbances. Overall, Sephora provides a wonderful experience with amazing and rare employees.
This store is pretty expensive but the workers are kind and helped me out while I was shopping today, I'll come back for sure!

Very nice staff, i made a new friend and now i visit her every week, she’s pretty funny?, but the problem is the kids… the kids were screaming at me, pushing me, and giving me looks while i was looking for skincare for my acne-prone skin.
