I was there to purchase full tonight at 5:45pm and went there because it was full service. However I did not receive any service this evening. The pump attendant was over at the next pump so I thought I would start it. The pump attendant never did come over so I had to do it myself. I could see 2 employees standing inside ignoring what was going on outside. When I went inside I asked why when I was parked at a full service pump and completely ignored? All they did was stutter and offer no explanation and offered nothing! NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL! I THOUGHT THEY MIGHT OFFER A FREE COFFEE FOR THERE CUSTOMER DOING THERE JOB! DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK! SHAME ON YOUR INCOMPETENCE AND LAZINESS!

Everything’s going great, and I’m loving the new pumps! I always fill up with Ultra-Premium gas, and Shell offers it. The only problem is that every time I walk into the store, there’s a strange smell. I’ve been there a few times lately, and it’s starting to make me think twice about going in.

Called 3x in 30 minutes regarding Air Miles promotion for "new stores" - Shell website has nonexistent Brandon address listed as location with promo and contacting Shell impossible.Can't be bothered to answer the phone, can't imagine service.

I believe they mixed water into the gas, I drive 10km and the ode meter runs 30km.... So disappointed ☹️
