One word to describe the experience at this store is pressure. From the moment you walk in the staff are pushy. They are on you and you have to repeat multiple times you just want to look around. Every deal is only good while you are there which I know is bs. I won’t be going back.

The sales team at the Brandon Sleep Country are excellent. Very friendly, helpful and great to deal with. At no point did they pressure me into the add ons they offered they simply helped me find a great new mattress at a good price. They were more than happy to show me the clearance models and i got a great mattress for less than half its retail price even after taxes! Go see their team

I want to thank Chris at sleep country for all your help with getting us the perfect king size bed and all the extras. I also want to thank him for helping me decide on the twin bed and platform. The retail outlet served us well and product selections were great. But corporate head office let us down. Our purchase was to include a significant gift certificate to come by mail 2 to 3 weeks after purchase which never arrived. Good products but disappointing corporate backing

No pressure, answered all our questions. Showed differences between types of beds and pillows. Allowed us to try out each as well. As a result we got the bed best suited for us. Even better all the aches and pains we used to wake up with are GONE!!! Sleeping deeper and longer.
