Shopping at Sobeys Brandon South was one of the best grocery shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted by incredibly friendly and helpful staff who made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear that the employees take pride in their work, as they went out of their way to make sure I found everything I needed. They offered assistance even before I had to ask, which really stood out to me.
What made this trip extra special was how kind the staff were to my 9-month-old daughter. Throughout the store, several employees smiled and interacted with her, which made her day. It made the shopping experience feel truly personal and family-friendly.
The store itself was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of fresh products. It was easy to navigate, and the checkout process was quick and efficient, which I appreciated.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff at Sobeys Brandon South are top-notch, and their kindness really made my visit memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It's a well organized superstore, with a lot of variety products, but prices here are debatably low.

Massive selection of grocery items available! Bakery and produce items are very good. Variety of natural, organic, and wellness foods to meet dietary needs. Has pharmacy, flower/small gift items, and a Starbucks too! Convenient location attached to Shoppers Mall.

Can we take a moment to acknowledge Dustin at Starbucks in Sobeys? What an absolute gem of an employee you have. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. Had amazing suggestions and you could tell he is very passionate about his job and his customers. I left feeling like we were friends and hope his daughter has the best 3rd birthday ever! I don't think I've ever been so impressed getting a coffee before. 10 stars.

Sobeys is expensive compared to other grocery stores. And since changing to cene, the rewards suck. There’s no incentive to come to the store over other ones.
Last time I went a staff lady in the bakery was quite rude when someone asked where an item was instead of being helpful and pointing it out.
The self checkout process was extremely frustrating too. Made a store clerk come by and look at the check out six times probably for no reason. They just clicked a button and things continued.
