Paid 260 for a safety and they didn’t even give me the paper I need to know what repairs I need nor the safety paper and they took more longer then expected better off going somewhere cheaper and better

I basically came in here for a heat problem after waiting there for 4 1/2 hours I was assured that the problem was fixed five minutes into my trip to Calgary AB the heat gave out so I had to purchase a portable heater in order for my windows, not to freeze up .I believe these guys saw that I had alberta plates and basically gouged me each time that I looked into their shop they were not working on my vehicle. I was at the mercy of these people because it is winter time and I was travelling from out of town, big-time scammers. If you’re a woman, please stay away from this place they will rip you off . I called them today on April 8 and they basically said to me did you have your heater core flushed after I asked them what exactly did you do and they said they changed my thermostat and flushed out the heater core, so why was he asking me if I flushed out the heater core this happened on Friday. It is now Monday get your story straight scammers. I wouldn’t even give them one star, but the system doesn’t allow me to give them any less.

I was stranded with a coolant leak and south end service made sure I was Able to get home back to Alberta. In less than an hour the Problem was diagnosed and repaired. Highly recommended. Thanks to Rylan the service advisor and the mechanic who I don’t know the name.

We were on our cross-country trip when our truck gave us some trouble that resulted in us being stuck in Brandon overnight. We needed a code reader to see if it was a serious issue or if it could wait once we arrived in Alberta. The guy on the front desk got us checked out quickly and was very knowledgeable and helpful! The service here is awesome. :)

Good place to get work done. I took my Ram in to get work done and got a cheaper price in the end because the mechanic was quick and didn't need extra parts for the job, which they could have just lied about but didn't.

I had a flat tire on the side of the road and south end service was kind enough to do a service call for me and got my tire fixed and back on the road in no time, very kind young gentleman at the front desk.
