My mum has had problems with her car for a while now, and South End Service has been amazing with her. The knowledge and care they show is very appreciated!! It’s her go-to shop for good reliable service. Definitely recommend :)

I was stranded with a coolant leak and south end service made sure I was Able to get home back to Alberta. In less than an hour the Problem was diagnosed and repaired. Highly recommended. Thanks to Rylan the service advisor and the mechanic who I don’t know the name.

We were on our cross-country trip when our truck gave us some trouble that resulted in us being stuck in Brandon overnight. We needed a code reader to see if it was a serious issue or if it could wait once we arrived in Alberta. The guy on the front desk got us checked out quickly and was very knowledgeable and helpful! The service here is awesome. :)

Good place to get work done. I took my Ram in to get work done and got a cheaper price in the end because the mechanic was quick and didn't need extra parts for the job, which they could have just lied about but didn't.

I had a flat tire on the side of the road and south end service was kind enough to do a service call for me and got my tire fixed and back on the road in no time, very kind young gentleman at the front desk. It was -47 and we were traveling from thunder bay ON to Strathmore AB and my car lost acceleration. After stopping at 3 shops south end service got us in asap as we were desperate to get on the road before dark. As 2 women traveling alone we worry about being taken advantage of. That was not the case, fair pricing and beyond exceptional customer service . The young man at the desk was equally accomodating to every person that entered the shop. My car broke down while I was out of my home province and it needed a new water pump. No one in the area was accepting my car because it was European made. South End offered to take a look at the car, found the problem, fixed it and got me back on the road in under their predicted time frame. I followed up with my regular service shop which confirmed all of their repairs were top notch! Absolutely superb customer service!
