Charge me A numerous mount of unnecessary times and when questioned when why they were charging me $25,$77,$100 randomly there answer was less then satisfactory. They never reimbursed me for any unjustified charges and those were all hidden fees they Gave no notifications when they charged certain fees in all its scummy business. It’s almost like every $1 dollar you give invest into your savings account they take $10 very poor online customer service the worst I have ever experienced . I wouldn’t recommend this business to anything that breathes and walks.

Never had a bad experience with any of the staff at any TD. They have always helped me through the good times and the tough times.
Being on a fixed income i have felt like i have never been looked down on. Been with these folk's for over 30 years and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Bias, no compassion, all they care about is money. They don't want to help people! They take advantage of people and steal from the poor and less fortunate. Made a mistake and they would not try to work with me one bit. Not going to mention all the other countless happenings with them. But this is a horrible bank and made me feel like scum of the earth.

Absolutely horrible customer relations on the visa side!!! They will not call you if there is an issue.And the normal banking side will not do anything for its long term customers (I’ve been with them for 20 years)Time to switch banks

Today I had to go into the branch as I am having some issues with may bank account. The Branch Manager Bryce listened to what I said was happening and he went and tried to get me answer. He said the department he needs to talk to was closed but to come back tomorrow morning.
I just want to thank Bryce and his team for being so considerate and understanding for what was going on. Bryce went above and beyond with helping me and my family.
I can truly say that without his help things would be a lot worse. So thank you Bruce and to your team!

DO NOT BANK HERE. My mom discovered that TD bank had not listed the proper beneficiaries on her investments. TD would not assist by faxing forms, we had to arrange family to drive 2 hours, as she was literally on her deathbed. Got the forms, sent them back, found out (after she died) they hadn’t even processed the changes!! Made numerous trips to the bank (2 hours round trip, as they closed our local branch) to sort out THEIR mistakes. No apologies, no accountability, lots of excuses and “these things take time” (wouldn’t take near as much time if they entered the changes, and entered them correctly!!). Terrible customer service and no compassion for a grieving family. We have all pulled our accounts from TD and tell everyone we know to do the same. What’s the point of dealing with the “middle man” who has no idea what’s actually going on? Save your time, money and sanity and bank anywhere else!!
