Nice pregnancy/family parking spots. Usually have everything we need and it's easy email receipts and do returns. But it is sometimes difficult to find help at the paint desk depending on the time/day you go.

I have shopped there many times and every visit was enjoyable.
I have been well served by at least 15 employees who were all so helpful it's almost embarrassing!
Their team embodies knowledge with service to the 9's, far beyond any large store of any kind in Brandon, Amazon, EBay and Temu.
Much appreciated!!
Nov8, 2024 around 3 PM I took 1 star away.
I bought a leaf blower Nov 7 and none of my extension cords with 3 female ends could work. The 2 prong male plug on the unit is encased in a deep socket made of rubber to stop dirt from contacting an otherwise exposed connection.
There I was all the way back to the store talking to 3 associates who had no idea that I needed a M/F NOMA POWER ADAPTOR that would fit into that protective encasement so I would have a 3 prong plug that I could use such as 2 packs at Can Tire for $6.99 which by the way Can Tire is stupid when I need 1!!!
I told the last bewildered looking 'associate' that if I can't plug it in I have to bring it back.
His answer, "I guess you'll have to bring it back!!"
Thanks for the advice big guy but Can Tire saved your sale

I rent tools from this location and the guy who is helping me told me i ca rent it for one day, i told him it is the first time i am renting, HE SHOULD explain to me is by hourly rate. I used it for one hour and brought it the next day.then they took 284.00 dollars from my credit card. I know my responsibility if i rent tools i should know better. But the guy who help me should do his job explaining properly it is per hour based. I will never rent again from that store. I hope it will give others understand before they rent.

The slowest service I've ever seen in a Home Depot. Waited for them to bring a box down from the top shelf using their lift. I finally left, without my item, after 30 minutes. If you have an item on sale, you should really have it available on the floor for clients. It's on sale! You should expect people to ask for it!

Called Home Depot to get some information about dryers and washing machines. Just asked if they had any in stock. They didn’t feel like checking this information. Rude and disrespectful. Needless to say we didn’t bother going in.

Amazing and knowledgeable staff. Hassveen and Lynne assisted me and my family with picking out a backsplash for our kitchen and whatever we needed for the install as it was our first time doing something like this. I can’t begin to express how good of an experience me and my family had with them. The best customer service I’ve had in a long time or possibly of all time! The time they both took to explain everything, ensuring we were picking the right items and overall having so much knowledge. Thank you Hassveen and Lynne!

Staff doesn’t care. Won’t honour discount card - they had a program where you would earn 50% off a rental if a card had enough stamps (each rental = stamp to the card). Despite mentioning it upon pick up of rental, the guy refused to honor it the next day AND he did NOT say that they wouldn’t honor it when we picked up the rental. I find that manipulative. If you weren’t going to honor it, then say so before the rental is taken out. They also lacked sufficient rental accessories. There should have been a pad to cushion when compacting things bricks. When I asked he said it was an extra that they didn’t get.I was also told that they used to have smaller compactors (which I worked have preferred) but they didn’t bother replacing the one they had when it gave out.Home Depot has now lost all future rentals from us. There are other places in Brandon to rent from that have far better customer service and more products. They’ve also lost my paint purchasing, tools, and home fixtures. Those can be bought elsewhere in town as well, or ordered online.
