This place has horrible security, somehow the back gate was left open and some one drove in cut the lock to the unit and stole a bunch of stuff out of the unit (big items would have needed a truck or trailer). And not one camera picked it up, highly recommend not doing business with this place. Management did not seem concerned at all.

I would highly recommend this storage facility. Great location and business owners! I have had my storage unit for many many years with no problems or issues at all!

We would highly recommend this storage facility. Very reassuring to have the newly installed high technology secure fencing and to know if neededcan make personal contact with someone here in Brandon.

Easy access and reliable, however I had my unit broke into twice. No video surveillance, seems someone had access to the gate as my lock to my unit was replaced. Someone has access to the site other than staff and renters. When I reported that my lock was changed there was no concern from management. I reported items stolen and nothing came of the incident.

Lend us a trailer said don’t worry it will be for free ? cause it was only for 2 weeks? now he said 80 dollars ? in the words of my grandpa nothing is ever free. Have good day!?
