“I broke down outside of Virden, en route from Winnipeg, and got connected to Full Tilt Towing through CANXUS. The communication I received from the dispatch team at Full Tilt was excellent. They kept me informed of an ETA as the driver was coming out of Brandon. Little did I know I would have the absolute pleasure of meeting JJ, my highway saviour. He is not only excellent at his job and experienced, but he is also an exceptional human being. He had no issue inviting me into his truck and driving me back to Winnipeg, even stopping for a bite to eat together along the way. JJ, if you are reading this, thank you again from the bottom of my heart. I appreciate your kindness and welcoming nature. You are a kind soul, and I wish you all the best. You turned my bad day into a good one because I made a new friend.
