Krutal Patel (manager) was very nice guy.. I lost my money but I did not know where I lost my money so I did ask him about it (because I lost my money after visit this place).. He did hold my money for several days.. He gave me back.. (I did figure out that I lost my money in front of this office when I did pull out several papers from my back pack).. Thanks again, Patel..

We’ve just returned our rental after 6 weeks while my car is being repaired and we had a fantastic experience! The car was absolutely spotless and well equipped for winter driving, with the high end snow tires I always felt confident in the heavy snow we got a bit ago. They kept updated on the status of our repair with the shop and even tried to get our rental extended through MPI until our car is ready. They were excellent to deal with, picked me up at work to get the car, explained everything very well and there were no surprises or hidden extra costs when we dropped it off. We would confidently recommend Town Car Rental to anyone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5-stars +

An excellent car rental experience! I rented a car from them for one week, Raj picked me up at home the morning of the rental and gave me a ride home after I returned the car. I had a clean, reliable rental car at a price much better than the competition. They even gave me a partial refund when I returned the car a day early. I highly recommend renting from Krutal and Raj.

We unexpectedly ended up in Brandon when our vehicle broke down, and spent 4 days there. These guys were AMAZING to deal with! They picked us up at our hotel, and dropped us off after our rental period. They are super friendly, the price was amazing, and I really feel like they went above and beyond to help us when we were stuck is a bad situation. The rental cars are very nice, and very clean.Highly, highly recommend giving these guys a call if you're ever in need of a rental vehicle in Brandon. So grateful for the kindness shown to us- AMAZING customer service!

I recently rented from these folks and was very impressed with the entire experience. They were very accommodating when I needed to change the day and time for pick up, check in was very good, the car was great and when I had a flat tire they brought me a new one to use within 30 minutes. I was also able to pick it up in town but leave it at the airport. Prices were also very reasonable. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Great to deal with. My car broke down while working on a snowy Saturday, they had a car ready for me within a hour. When my car was fixed earlier than expected they refunded the difference. They made it a easy experience.

Renting car with Town Car Rental was flexible and convenient at best rates in town. I was offered with a complementary ride within town with also option to drop off. Car was clean and neat. I was returning the vehicle back today and also noticed they have luxurious car available now. Krutal and Raj were very professional, would highly recommend Town Car Rental to friends and family.

I had a fabulous and easy visit at Town Car Rental with Raj and Krutal. My car got into an accident and was not drivable so i called into them they were almost closed for the day and got ready to help me out and pick me up from the spot i was at. Got all my paper work done real quick. The vehicle that they got was a brand new vehicle nice and clean odour free car. Once again i would like to thank you both Raj and Krutal for helping me out.I would definitely recommend you guys!
