I have 3 vehicles that have had service work done here and was very impressed with service.
Everything fully explained with estimates using cheap parts and/or quality parts.
Highly recommend West End Service.

I've been going to west end service for a few years now and I've had no issues so far. They have friendly, honest and genuine staff that seems to care about their clients car. Price is always reasonable even when working on European cars like mine. Would highly recommend.

Left my Honda Civic 2012 to be serviced and had nothing but issues. My car ended up being there for almost a month, with terrible communication and cost was way higher. Don’t seem to be knowledgeable on Hondas. They ordered parts that were not meant for the vehicle (automatic vehicle does not have a fly wheel). Kept suggesting ordering parts that ended up defective. I went straight to Honda and could’ve saved myself a lot of stress, time, and money. They also dropped a tool on my windshield which i’ve been trying to communicate to them since the beginning, but the owner is “too busy” to get back to me.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I'm new to Brandon and definitely not a car guy....so I needed to find a local auto shop I could trust to not fleece me.A client from my work owns an auto shop in Winnipeg and he told me to just go to West End Service, they'd take good care of me.So eventually went and everything was great!Had the pleasure of meeting the owner Ken and his employee Will, who was the one who took care of him.Both of them were great, friendly and alleviated any fears I may have had of getting ripped off.They were honestly great, super friendly and welcoming of someone new not just to their business, but city as well.When all was said and done, everything I needed got fixed up and much cheaper than I was expecting tbh!So...this place is now my go-to...make sure you ask for Will if you call or visit, he'll take good care of you and seems like a solid guy.Thanks boys, it was a pleasure!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very poor service. I booked an appointment for tire change at 8:00 am, they told me they need 1 hour for it and I went at 10:00 am they have not started any work and he said just sorry.Waste my day.Zero star for service.

Very poor customer service. While replacing bulb broke the bulb. That bulb has more than 55000 reviews with more than 4.5 stars. And they are saying like its cheap bulb. And still i have to pay money...Never recommended...Reply- I appreciate you add me in your busy schedule but when first time box was open by you screw was right there and you checked the lights and and it was working. But while installing it was broken by you guys...And main thing is other mechanic installed it in 5 minutes and it is working very good. So there is no problem in that $55 headlight kit. I added a picture for your kind reference...

The staff is too young and inexperienced to diagnose and fix anything beyond what their computers tell them. Half the front desk staff is rude and dismissive of objective reality when it confronts them. They will randomly replace parts rather than properly diagnose a problem. Their arrogance in the face of their own incompetence is amusing, but a sad statement on them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've always had a great experience bringing my vehicles to West End Service. They've been honest and friendly and very quick with fixes on my vehicles. Their quotes have always proven to be accurate and their fixes are never faulty. They give you enough information to know what your options are and make good recommendations. I would fully recommend bringing your vehicles to this shop for any reason, from a simple oil change to a major fix.
