We had a large driveway and walkway poured this summer.
The staff was very accommodating when we needed to reschedule the job to a later date.
Overall we were pleased with the work and timeframe that it was completed. What was most impressive was that any concerns we had, no matter how small were addressed in the final walk through. Even after we settled up and had one final concern, it was taken seriously and addressed promptly. We found this company to be very efficient and communicative throughout the process. We would use them again.

Overall we were very happy with the services of Jerry's Concrete. Professional, accurate and friendly employees. They stay until the job is done, even if that means late evenings. One thing we thought could improve is the communication between employees and customer. I recommend Jerry's Concrete.

We had a great experience with Jerry's Concrete from start to finish. The salesperson presented us with a variety of options in a low-pressure approach that we appreciated, the scheduling snafus were all on our end (and their scheduling people were very patient with us as we dithered around on a related project), the guys who paved our walkway did a beautiful, professional, and efficient job, and finally the owner of the company did a thorough job of walking us through care and warranty issues when the work was over. Honestly, I couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Company works well as a team. Communicate reasonably efficiently with each other. Work was good quality. Owner takes pride in the work. On final walk through noticed all the concerns we had without mention and insisted things were done well and cleaned up. We were told that everything that was in working order upon starting would be in working order upon completion. Unfortunately it wasn’t made clear that this would not include eaves which now need to be redone. When there were other issues noted and company was called they responded promptly. They were on time with the project and have thorough printed materials to help owner care properly for new concrete.

The team at Jerry’s is fantastic and very pleasant to work with. I had a small section of back sidewalk fixed next to the garage as well as my front side walk and patio pad poured to replace sloping and crumbling concrete. Option was given to raise the concrete to make it one level which eliminated the need for the step into the side entrance which was ideal. Unfortunately, the grade was incorrect which allowed water to pool which would be a slip hazard once the temps dropped. During the walk through with Jake, he immediately said it was no good and would be fixed. They broke up the section needed to be replaced and made it right! No fight or convincing needed. Very happy they made it right!
The only thing that could improve is to be more aware of the customers surrounding property: there was a concrete boot print on the front wood steps which I had to scrape off resulting in the need to re-stain, concrete was splattered on the siding of my garage and multiple piles of excess quarter down was shoveled into the lawn and left for 3 weeks killing more lawn than needed. All in all it took 4 weeks for the first pour to be completed with only 4 days actually at my house. Timing of jobs could be better but the team was apologetic and I can appreciate they are busy with other jobs. All in all a great company to work with and would use their services again without hesitation!

I am very impressed with the workmanship that was provided by Jerry's concrete. From start to finish the experience has been positive. All of the people involved in the project were knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. A huge thank you to everyone involved in making my front stairs look amazing!

July 2024 – We decided to replace our aging and crumbling approach. We also asked Jerry to do some stucco repair on our house, unrelated to the approach.
The process of replacing an approach is very weather dependent. We were fortunate the weather cooperated and there was only a slight delay from start to finish.
The process is also very labour intensive. Skill, judgement and experience play a large role in ensuring a positive outcome. We learned there is a crew for each aspect of the job; demolition, site preparation, pouring, levelling and finishing as well as stucco repair. Each crew we met were pleasant and courteous. They took pride in their work and were respectful of our property and our neighbourhood, ensuring any disruption was kept to a minimum. It was also plain to see they work well together as a team.
The end product was a beautiful approach and wonderful stucco repair. I would definitely recommend Jerry’s Concrete.
Thanks Rick, Dustin, Wyatt, Gino, Jerry, Dale, Jessie, Matt, Justin and all the others, whose names escape me, who had a hand in this adventure. Also thanks to Mike and Jake.

I needed a new floor in my garage, and some of the driveway redone. My front stairs were needing work also and Jerry's suggested epoxy , they are beautiful, so I also asked if they could do the side one . I was only going to have part of my driveway done, but decided I needed a bit more done then what we agreed to. Every time I asked a question or needed more explanation, or added something new, they were so kind ,accommodating, and very professional, which really put me at ease. Being a recently newly widow, and arranging this myself was scary, as it was a lot of money to spend. The entire job turned out beautiful and I could not be happier. I would HIGHLY recommend this company as they do good work, and have competitive pricing.

Jerry’s did a great job on our front sidewalk. This is the second time we have used them. Everything from the initial quote to the final sidewalk job was very professional. The crew we had did a great job. Mike in the office was wonderful to deal with. Jake who did the final walk thru with us was very friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely recommend this company.

Even though there was a problem with the grade of the sidewalk where it meets the driveway. They were quick to react and redo that portion. Great service highly recommend

I haven't used your services, but your trucks are constantly parking inconsiderately and blocking driveways in my neighborhood. I attempted to ask a driver to move his truck so I could get to work, but he refused, claiming he had to pour in 30 minutes. This behavior is making me and my neighbors late, and it's unacceptable, Jerry.

Wow. Where to start.. from the first Monet I contacted them for a quote it was just so easy. I had so many questions after I received the quote and they answered me promptly and help me along the way. They were in constant contact with me, from hi,ding my slit in the que before needing my deposit, the. In the spring (which was way sooner than I thought). The friendly staff coming to measure and talk to me about the layout and what to expect, annd them doing all the behind stuff (calling before you did, dealing with permits, and the city for the bottom part of the driveway) and again answering all my questing during the process. The demolition was clean and they were all amazing. The process of doing my steps, sidewalk and driveway, the extra finishing touches on the edge and making the yard look like it did when they were done was amazing,.

Jerry's Concrete applied a rubber epoxy coating on my front concrete steps and boardwalk. The whole team, from estimating, scheduling, application and final walkthrough inspection did an admirable job. They were all professional, respectful and very friendly. I am very pleased with the end result and the curb appeal of my home has improved immensely.
