Completely brand new inside and out. Lots of things to do there including hockey, curling, fitness gym, movie theater, library and a take out restaurant. The staff are friendly and the building is kept very clean.

Excellent people! We got stuck in Gillam due to incremental weather and the wonderful staff at the center did everything they could to help us get situated in town, even with all our heavy luggage. I couldn't thank them enough so I hope this review will encourage others to give them many more "thank you"s than I had time for.
