“The store is a smaller one but amazingly has a plethora of hardware necessities for the summer cottage and the full-time residents. Screws and fasteners can be purchased in bulk as opposed to being packaged, leaving the customer to buy odd amounts for their needs. The store has a steady stream of customers. Staff are very courteous and friendly, making it a comfortable community store.”
“I like using your online service/ pickup, and seeing if things are in stock. I have bought many things from extension cords, water softener salt, bricks, plants, construction cement, paint/ stain, and even a dishwasher. The service here is great. The only problem I have is during winter, you have a large area to show off your Christmas items, but there is only half an aisle, and maybe three, possibly 4 trees put up. For a smaller store Home Hardware actually tries harder, and has lots of items to choose from.”
