My husband sent me today to have a 5th wheel hitch installed. Very good experience. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Store and bathroom were clean and welcoming. I will be recommending Bell’s to family and friends!

Word of mouth led me here for a hitch install. Attention to detail, years of service, and experience are all qualities. Small details like installing electrical on the interior to protect the cable long term, and giving a full explanation of the install after completion. Great location to get a hitch install

We got a Curt Tru Track equalizer and sway bar for our new camper. Great price on the hitch and very knowledgeable. Took lots of their time explaining every aspect of the hitch before we bought it and went through it in great detail on how to disconnect, how it works, how to maintain. I asked them to look into my existing brake controller and why it wasn't working well with my old trailer. They discovered it was a Timed Delayed one (which makes sense, it was a cheap one I picked up at CT) and that proportional systems will provide smoother braking (has sensors). No pressure to buy theirs, he was willing to help set mine up better but I ended up buying their proportional system which they installed as well. They set it the default settings and took time to tell me step by step on how to refine it even more later on dry pavement. Even with the default setting, world of difference driving the trailer back home with the new system, no grabbing at all. So in summary, good prices, good products, very knowledgeable, willing to spend time educating you...highly recommend.

These guys are the best. We were trying to leave town for the long weekend and had issues with our trailer connection. Swung by 30 minutes before they closed and they had us on the road in 5 minutes. ??

We bought a small camper and required a weight distribution hitch, electric brake controller and sway bars. Craig was wonderful in explaining everything to us over the phone, as we had zero experience or prior knowledge of this stuff. Gave us all the options and prices. Got everything installed quickly. Took a good 15-20 mins to thoroughly explain how to properly hook it up to our camper. They’ve been in business since the 1920’s, they know what they’re doing and won’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. Very reasonably priced, ended up being a few hundred cheaper than the RV store. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
