They were so flexible, I had to change my appt time to bring my car in later in the morning and they easily accommodated... And had my vehicle back to me looking beautiful, in a quarter of the time it was supposed to take! The staff are very friendly, kind and available. Ryan was who I met, and he was a fantastic ambassador :) well done, I would bring my vehicle here any time.

I recently brought my BMW to Birchwood Collision Headingley for repairs, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The scheduling process was easy and efficient, and they were very quick with the repair turnaround. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, so I always knew what was happening with my vehicle.
They even arranged the rental car for me, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Everything worked exactly as it should. I’m very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend them to others.

Birchwood Collision Repair in Headingly did a beautiful repair job on my new Volvo. I was super impressed with their attention to detail both before during and after the repairs. I have used Birchwood a few times & have had excellent service each time. They did great work with replacing both my front and back windows (stone chip/crack & one smashed).
They worked direct with MPI so I avoided that headache. As they had my info on file they were able to pre-order my windshield & book me in when it arrived.
The customer service was great & updated me on completion, with a link to pre-pay. My car came back cleaner & in much better shape than it arrived.

They provided a seamless process from the time of booking until the vehicle was collected. The paintwork on the Lexus was excellent, and it appears as though no damage ever occurred. Ryan was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

I had damage to vehicle and reached out to the team at Birchwood Collision and from the start they were professional and quick to help. The work done to my vehicle was done correctly without any issues or problems. They even took the time to clean my interior which was a lovely surprise. All I know is if there is ever to be anymore collision damage done to any of my vehicles or fleet I’m going to go see Ryan and the crew.

Brought my BMW here to repair some door and bumper damage. The repairs were completed before the estimated time of completion. The customer service at the front desk was great; courteous and friendly.
