This is the best truck stop I’ve ever encountered. Free wifi. Television. Common area to eat and chill. Then was informed there were showers. Wow. Made me feel so welcome. Way beyond five stars ??. Very clean.

Some of the waiters and waitresses are wearing some type of cologne that has a very distinct odor. What might smell nice to some people, obviously smells obnoxious to others. I'm sure that the manager is aware of this.
Be advised.....if any customers agree with this post, then I will be sending a formal complaint to Flying j to have this investigated.
This is a public health and safety issue.
I hope to hear from other customers who have experienced the same problem

Waited 40 mins for a ice cold poutine that has maybe 15 fries and cold gravy, was not busy at all my friend got the smallest chicken fingers I've ever seen and a hand ful of cold fries.... again not busy and waited 40 minutes

What a disappointment. The restaurant was empty with 3 waitresses plus the manager working. The waitress we had was terrible. Kept me waiting on ordering, and she never came around for refills for us at the table. The one time she asked if I wanted a refill, she never came back with it and I had to ask another waitress. The steak was not prepared as I ordered and the waitress NEVER asked if I was satified with it (you'd think that leaving a good portion of it on my plate would have been a clue...).
HUGE disappointment. In the past when we've met there, on at least one occasion, we've walked out (same waitress) as she ignored us and kept us sitting there waiting to order.
Her tip today reflected her level of service - ZERO. You don't automatically get a tip for doing a crap job.
I doubt that she will make the connection.

This location is going downholl. The shower room I got wasn't cleaned properly. Poop stain in the toilet, old facecloth on the bench (I asked for a new one). The shower announcement is gone so you better keep an eye on the monitor. We buy a LOT of fuel at Pilot/Flying J and expect the shower rooms to be cleaned properly. It's not that difficult!

Had chicken wings today which resulted in food poisoning. Not a health expert but I recommend not have food from this place.

Very poor service. I self served at the pump. First of all, the gas was pumping super slow. Then when my truck was finally full, it said 47 liters. I belive the pump is defective as my 60 lite tank was half full. I didn't expect to take more than 35 liters. Then the nozzle failed to click off when tank was full, so I ended up with gas all over my feet, side of the truck and the ground. I went inside to report to cashier and she was useless! Never stoopping in here again!

This place is usually great. Has a bit of everything, you can freshen up here if you are long hauling. Good place to grab and go as well as sit and sup. The service and portions at the Denny's has really gone downhill. I used to give this place 5 stars because it used to be my favorite restaurant.

Flying J ladies washrooms are just disgusting. Place is barely stocked with anything.
Dennys can not even serve you a decent steak. What is going on with this place? I don't recommend it
