My wife need car repairs and the guys were awesome. She was able to finish her drive to Saskatchewan from Ontario. I swear by tirecraft and use them always. Great stuff guys.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I simply explained what I was told the issue was with my truck, and I wanted to book an appointment to get it looked at as I possibly needed new tires. Not to mention I was covered. John was absolutely disrespectful, very hard to talk to. He sent me on a goose chase to contact saskatoon tire and auto to fax over my info on being covered. I did as he asked and he was very rude when I tried to book an appointment, said "I told you I would call you back". I called saskatpon multiple times while jumping back and forth between both tirecrafts. Very frustrating. Never called me back after my guy talked to him over the phone. Also it is not the costomers job to order tires and figure out how to book an appointment. It is the auto store that books you in, confirms the issue, and books another appointment if there's an issue and it needs repair. John was rude, demeaning and very disrespectful, he gave no guidance and it is very true that 1 bad experience can ruin it for a lifetime. I will not be coming back here. It shouldn't be that hard to book an appointment.
