“We recently bought a 2013 Rav 4 from Lussier Sales . We absolutely love the vehicle, but also, can't say enough about how much we enjoyed dealing with Marc. It really was a pleasure talking to a knowledgeable sales person, someone who appears to be just a very honest and straightforward individual. Of course, you wonder, when talking to car salesmen if that appearance of honesty is just skin deep or for real. Well, it seems very real to us! A couple of weeks after we picked up the car, I started hearing a squeak in the front driver's side suspension. It was annoying, but I assumed it was an inexpensive repair -- probably an old sway bar link or bushing. Over the next couple of months it got louder and after taking it to two different mechanics I finally had to admit that it was in fact the front struts -- both of which would need to be replaced. The cost -- around $1,500! Yikes! Almost three months after buying the Rav 4, my only faint hope was that Lussier Sales had installed the struts and perhaps the parts were still under warranty. When I contacted Marc, I was thrilled to find out that the struts were under warranty and that he would cover the cost of labour to replace them -- going way beyond what he needed to do! I would highly recommend Lussier Sales. This is the second car we've purchased there and I'm sure there will be more in the future. Thanks again Marc!”

“Taylor; at Fedoruk’s Used Cars & Trucks exceeded my expectations…. My vehicle had been hesitating while driving, for a couple weeks and after using my code reader, I thought I knew what the problem was. I did change the part, but it still continued to misfire…Taylor took the time to help me troubleshoot over the phone before I even brought it in. When the issue continued, he told me to bring it in that same morning—even though they were booked solid for the next three weeks. Just four hours later, I got the call that my car was fixed and running perfectly. I’ll admit, I was skeptical. I trusted Taylor, but I didn’t trust my vehicle. Normally, I had it down to a science—it would start acting up within about 17 minutes of driving. After the repair, I drove for roughly an hour without a single issue. Taylor was professional, kind, honest, and respectful throughout the entire process. He never talked down to me and took the time to explain everything clearly. On top of that, the cost was more than reasonable. If you’re looking for an honest mechanic who truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend Taylor at Fedoruk’s Used Cars & Trucks. Thank you again, Taylor!”
