Not only did they do an amazing job repairing my car after a total theft. But they are extremely kind, patient, diligent, and overall a hard working shop.
They gave me consistent updates. Never once did I have to hassle them for anything. And that’s how it should be.

Had a MPI claim and had this shop do the work needed on my car. Needed a paint job and windshield replaced as well as a bumper.
Took along time for them to send MPI the info needed to get the claim going. My car was at their shop for 3 weeks. They didn’t have a courtesy car for me to borrow so I had to find my own vehicle in the meantime. Once I got my car back, the paint job was great. The bumper looked great. The windshield was good until I was driving down the highway one day and one of my side pillars between the windshield and the driver side door ripped off and smashed on the highway I have tried to contact them twice now with no response on how they’re gonna fix that problem since I never had an issue with it before my windshield was replaced Not very happy with the service . They had also not removed all of the tape from the paint job off my car. I had to remove it myself.

Nettie, Lewis and all staff did work in excellence from the first phone call i made, to steps i need to take to the fantastic and phenominal repair job plus more done on the automobile!! Thank you for such amazing workmanship from phone calls, assessment, keeping me calm to spectacular work while working in excellence!! i fully recommend everyone to call Metalmaster if ever in an accident and then go from there. Great for a quick estimate on a repair. Came across as pretty honest to me. The work I seen that had been done to other vehicles looked great!
