I called the guy over to point out the diesel was leaking. He proceeded to give me a story that somebody overpaid and that was leaking out LOL then I said I used to be a manager at the Flying J I know how pumps work and that's not the problem LOL so then he said it's not my fault it's the owner that's what they tell us to say. I do know for a fact that they are terrible owners because I've had a family member work for them and they used to try and talk staffs pay when there was a drive off. I pointed out that this is illegal and how employees get killed chasing cars so now they're prepaid finally
Who's the ditz that keeps moving the pinned location a km up the highway?
Very nice staff but I was a bit shocked to see drug paraphernalia on the counter by the register for all to see.

Complained to myself at the counter about the prepay for gas policy. The cashier decided to pursue an argument about at and assumed somehow I was complaining about her, despite me explaining myself. Then go to get the gas at the "full service" pumps, the attendant was too busy sweeping to start pumping so I did. The pump wouldn't work so I moved the truck. Attendant starts pumping then heads inside for me to finish up. Won't be coming back.

Worst gas station in St Andrews. The pumps never work properly and it smells so bad inside the store. Don’t waste your time going there.

There is no full serve option for diesel and seems like there is always a problem with the pay at the pump option on at least one of the pumps,
Staff seems disinterested in being of any help in anyway.
They are by far the closest fuel station to me but I will make the drive to avoid dealing with them from now on.

Everyone here is super friendly except the owner! She is rude and unfriendly! All the other staff and her husband are fantastic! She should NOT be behind the counter ever!

This place has no problem selling you scratch tickets and lottery tickets, but when you try and redeem them, they come up with excuses every time “ oh we don’t carry enough cash to pay out tickets”. I’m sorry, but don’t sell tickets in the morning if your not prepared. Especially for a $10 winner….Poor Service.

The lady who answered the phone wouldn't tell me the price of a propane tank and then hung up on me in mid sentence. When I called back she answered the phone to hang up on me again. What horrible customer service. I would give zero stars if I could. ***Called back 10mins later and asked to speak to the manager and it turned out the rude lady who hung up on me was the manager. Her reasoning was she was busy with other customers and she can't release prices of propane over the phone an said it was policy, bold faced lie as I had already called the other petro canada down the road and they let me know the prices. This place is a joke. Go to the other petro down the road!!!

Staff is always great. Samosas are delicious and made fresh every morning. Sometimes they're out of premium fuel though most times I only need regular.

Waited patiently for the pump. Pumped my own gas spent over $100 on diesel and regular gas and spent $40 on items in store and was told to leave by the staff before I could finish paying because an impatient person wanted my pump for his oversized camper and truck.

To all the gas attendants at Petro - Canada, Lockport. Very humble and good in nature. Along with this, the whole staff is too supportive, and good quality of gas Regular, Mid grade and Premium).Our society needs more such honest employees, and this spirit deserves to be carried forward.
