First time ever going to an atm at a bank and not be able to withdraw funds as the machine ran out of money? It’s a bank? Ppl need cash and the atm should have it. On a Saturday. Apparently it’s a frequent occurrence at this branch.

i tried to make an appointment and they couldn't accommodate one in the morning. Even though i had two free weeks open for a morning appointment. They continued to make one for me later afternoon.
