“Gary was very helpful and showed me some cars going through the whole vehicle, including the engine. He listened and I found the car that suited me. The VP of finance asked me what I wanted price, payment and my terms. He worked hard with the bank and the price I wanted. When going back for the financing and sign off, they (Gary, VP and GM) were attentive, making sure I felt comfortable with our deal, car decision, warranty. I did not feel pressured. I’m happy with my decision and my newer car and now just have to figure out all the new buttons and features.”
