“I took my Chevrolet to a NAPA service center — the check engine light was on and the car was jerking at low RPMs. The team accepted the car right away, ran diagnostics quickly, identified the exact issue, and gave me a clear quote upfront. No upselling or unnecessary services — everything was completely transparent.Thank you!”

“Massive thanks to the team here for patching my truck tire on short notice last night, allowing me to make it home safely before HWY 16 was closed. Thank you to the staff who stayed well past their quitting time to help this stranded traveller out! Will certainly be singing this shop’s praises for months to come and might even have to make the trip down to purchase my next set of tires from them. Above and beyond, thanks again!”
“Chris is very competent at his job. He did quite a range of things for us like install rear springs, a quick strut, wheel bearing, alignment and on our other vehicle track down a complicated electrical issue, which he solved. A really good feature is that he allows me to bring my own parts. Which I really appreciate. Kim is great at communication and being very personable. They are a superior team. I highly recommend them.”

“The only mechanic you should go to while in Manitoba at Portage La Prarie. Words cannot not express my immense gratitude. He helped my van get back on the road when no one else was open allowing me to make it to my cross country destination in time. Cristina from Powell River BC. Take the bike up to the Arctic ocean it will be an epic road trip ending at Tuktoyaktuk!”

“Just traveling through today and our vehicle developed a shimmy. We phoned ahead and they got us in right away . Problem was easily solved by washing snow out of the rims. They were so speedy and kind. Thanks so much for great service and saving our holiday”

“After visiting multiple Wpg dealerships, I ended up moving my deposit for a Prius PHEV to here. Partly cause they had incoming stock but mostly due to the easy-going atmosphere and seamlessness of the car buying process at this place!
They offered me good value for my trade-in; Trevor always answered my many questions quickly and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process; James went over warranty and the paperwork but was never pushy about anything on the day of delivery; they lent me a work vehicle to use to get my new car registered in town; and finally, the new car itself has had no issues so far off the lot.
I would highly recommend Portage Toyota over most of the Toyota dealerships in Winnipeg.”
