“Although I wasn’t there myself, my little brother told me about a wonderful experience he had at 7-Eleven, and I wanted to share it because it meant a lot to him. He was looking for one of the small dumpling squishy toys that he really wanted, but unfortunately they were sold out. He felt disappointed and a little sad when he found out there were none left. One of the staff members noticed how he was feeling and took the time to help him instead of just leaving him disappointed.

The staff member kindly showed him a bigger dumpling squishy that was available. That simple act of kindness completely changed his day. My little brother ended up buying it and was so happy afterward. Seeing someone take the time to notice a child’s disappointment and help them find something else they would enjoy shows genuine care and excellent customer service.
